We only store technically necessary information in your browser, such as cookie consent and your display preference (light/dark). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies on the general site.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact us at the address in the Impressum. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

If you contact us by email or form, we process your details to handle the request. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent unless we are legally required to do so.

Pre-order / campaign page

On /slushomat/leadform we process the location text, selected pricing model, calculator values, and — if you use WhatsApp — your name and business address. The €50 deposit is handled by Stripe; checkout shows the selected model (Option A, B or C) as the product. Campaign parameters (UTM) may be stored in the browser to attribute the enquiry. A Meta Pixel loads only after cookie consent. We do not currently use Google Maps / Places.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or pre-contractual communication), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling requests), and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required.
